You can use Backpack as a mini CRM tool. Make a page for each contact, lead, associate, or even employee. Keep track of their contact info, their picture(s), to-do items related to that person, notes from meetings, etc. Everytime you get a call from someone just pull up their page and type away. You can even use Backpack's links feature to link together people who work for the same company or at your own company.
